Still, the ED is continuing the disquisition. According to a recent update, the agency has issued a lookout notice against Jacqueline Fernandez in this case.
According to media reports, while the agency had issued a lookout notice against Jacqueline in the money laundering case, she was stopped by immigration officials at the Mumbai airport as she was on her way to Dubai for a show.
According to ANI, ‘ED has issued a lookout notice against Jacqueline Fernandes for her association with conman Sukesh in the extortion case of Rs 200 crore.
Jacqueline was stopped at the Mumbai airport by immigration officials due to LoC (lookout circular) in the extortion case of Rs 200 crore in connection with the thug Sukesh. The actress was about to take a flight to Muscat. A report published in NDTV states that Jacqueline will be brought to Delhi for further investigation.
Jacqueline came into the limelight even after a picture of her with Sukesh went viral on social media. After this photo went viral, there were speculations that Jacqueline Fernandez and Sukesh are dating each other.
Sukesh is currently imprisoned in Tihar Jail. Media reports have also come to the fore that Jacqueline had also received a gift worth crores of rupees from the conman, which included a horse worth Rs 9 lakh and a Persian car worth 52 lakhs.
